By accessing or purchasing from Sheltr Tactical Supply, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to purchase long guns and 21 years or older to purchase handguns.
• All purchasers must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the ownership and transfer of firearms.

2. Compliance with Laws

• All firearms purchases will follow the appropriate background checks (e.g., NICS).
• Firearms will only be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to know and comply with all local, state, and federal firearm laws before ordering.

3. Order Process

• All orders are subject to product availability and FFL verification.
• Customers must provide valid receiving FFL information. Once verified, we will process and ship the order.

4. Product Descriptions

• We strive for accuracy in product descriptions but do not guarantee that descriptions or other content are error-free.
• If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition under our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Sheltr Tactical Supply is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

6. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

 

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Firearm Sales Are Final

• All firearm and ammunition sales are final and non-refundable once transferred to the customer.
• If you fail a background check or are otherwise prohibited from owning a firearm, a 15% restocking fee with a minimum of $15 will apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be canceled prior to being pulled for shipping by contacting us. If an order has already been pulled from inventory, or shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.

Returns (Non-Firearms)

• Returns for non-firearm products (e.g., optics, accessories) are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

SHIPPING POLICY

Firearms

• Firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL dealer. Any ammo or accessories will be shipped separately. 
• Customers must provide FFL information within 5 business days of order.
• We ship only within the United States (no international shipping).
• Shipping usually occurs within 2–5 business days after FFL verification and payment.

Accessories & Non-Firearm Items

• Shipped directly to customers via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. These items all ship separately from any firearms purchased.
• Delivery times vary depending on location.

Shipping Restrictions

All regulations are subject to change at any time and will be enforced in full accordance with state and federal law. Any order containing items that are not legal in the destination state will be returned, and a restocking fee of 15% (minimum $15) will apply.

California

• Cannot ship:
  • .50 BMG rifles
  • Centerfire AR/AK rifles or their analogs
  • Complete AR lowers
  • Shotguns with revolving cylinders, semi-automatic shotguns with detachable magazines, or any centerfire firearm holding over 10 rounds
  • Handgun or rifle magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds
• Ammunition: No restrictions on ammo shipments, unlike magazines and certain firearms.
• If a non-compliant item is shipped, a 15% restocking fee applies

Massachusetts

• Cannot ship:
  • AR, AK, or analogous rifles
  • Semi-auto centerfire firearms over 10-round capacity
  • Any ammunition
• No modifications or magazine swaps are offered prior to shipment; non-compliant returns may incur a 15% restocking fee

New York

• Cannot ship:
  • Centerfire AR/AK rifles or analogs
  • Semi-automatic shotguns with detachable magazines
  • Any centerfire firearm with capacity above 10 rounds (unless magazines are removed)
  • Any ammunition
  • Magazines for handguns or rifles capable of holding more than 10 rounds
• Magazine removal prior to shipping is not offered; law enforcement may provide credentials for magazines >10 rounds 

Illinois

• Cannot ship:
  • Handgun magazines >15 rounds or rifle magazines >10 rounds
  • Any ammunition
  • .50 BMG rifles
  • Centerfire AR/AK rifles or analogs
• Firearms must comply with magazine capacity limits or have magazines removed before shipping; law enforcement credentials may override limits

New Jersey

• Cannot ship:
  • AR/AK rifles or their analogs
  • Any firearm capable of holding more than 10 rounds (unless magazines are removed)
  • Any ammunition
  • Magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds
• Magazine removal is non-exchangeable; law enforcement credentials may permit higher-capacity magazines

Washington (State)

• Cannot ship:
  • AR/AK rifles or their analogs
  • Centerfire semi-auto rifles with more than one of these features: detachable magazine, pistol grip, barrel shroud, threaded barrel
  • Firearms with capacity over 10 rounds (unless magazines are removed)
  • Any ammunition
  • Magazines holding more than 10 rounds
  • AR/AK parts, including triggers, handguards, buffer tubes
• No magazine swaps permitted; law enforcement credentials may enable exemptions

High-Capacity Magazines & Law Enforcement

• Even in states with capacity restrictions, Sheltr Tactical cannot ship high-capacity magazines to law enforcement officers, unless specifically allowed by law

It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws before ordering.
